ABOUT US

Aunty Jane's is a service-industry business that offers domestic services throughout Brisbane. Our cleaning services include weekly and fortnightly services, bond cleans, spring cleans and one-off cleans to suit your individual needs. We also offer domestic assistance in the form of non-medical domestic assistance, transport and companionship for the elderly and those burdened by illness.

We are community based. At Aunty Jane's we find carers and cleaners who can offer support to clients who live within the same local area; bringing members of the local community together. We believe that keeping the work local allows our workers to fit work into their busy family lives and facilitates the development of a situation that can be stable for as long as the assistance is needed.

Our workers are only offered as many clients as they feel comfortably fit into their lives. In this way we try to minimise stress and pressure for our workers, who can in turn provide relaxed and friendly assistance to our clients.

We facilitate good wages and conditions for our staff and help them provide a professional and caring service for our clients. We hope you enjoy being a part of our positive, family-orientated organisation.

Feedback

To ensure that everything is going well with you and your Cleaner, a routine feedback call will be made after the first week, the first month and every three months after that.

These calls are an opportunity to discuss any concerns that you may have, or to pass on any positive feedback that you may have about your Cleaner.
