The aim of Aunty Jane's Cleaning Services is to create a stable employment opportunities that fits in with you.

WE OFFER:

Part-time or full time work, Cleaning and non-medical Domestic Assistance in clients homes.

At Aunty Jane's we want you to have peace of mind when it comes to having time for your family. We are happy for you to choose the times when you want to be available during the working day.

At Aunty Jane's you are treated as a person and not as a number.

You are also trained in a time-managed cleaning method that helps you become time-efficient and conserve your energy.

WORK OPTIONS:

We believe the key to being a good cleaner is in personal attitude. If you have a positive attitude you can do well, no matter what you are doing.

Our cleaners come from all different walks of life. The people we look for have a positive attitude, are proud of what they do and are well presented.

Through our research, we have discovered that most Clients would like a cleaner or carer who will stay with them for the long term.

We look for people who want to stay with their clients for at least six months and want stability, consistency, and flexibility in their working life. As well, Aunty Jane's endeavours to match you with clients who live within a 15 minute drive of your home.

We take care to make sure you receive the best wages and conditions available for domestic services we offer. .

TRAINING AND SUPPORT:

When you join our team, you will be trained in the Aunty Jane's Cleaning Method, including time-management strategies. You will receive the advice and support from Aunty Jane's team in the office, that can help you perform at your best and offer consistency and quality to your clients.

All the cleaners and carers on our team provide a back-up service for each other when possible. So if you are sick, every possible effort is made by the rest of the team to fill in for you on that day.

We don't overload you with more work than can fit comfortably into your busy life.
