WHO ARE OUR CLEANERS?

Our Cleaners

We believe the key to being a good cleaner is personal attitude. If a person has a positive attitude that person will do well, no matter what they are doing. We encourage this attitude in all our workers.

Our cleaners come from all different walks of our society. The people we look for are willing to apply themselves, are proud of what they do and are well presented.

Through our research, we have discovered that most Clients would like a Cleaner who stays with them for the long term.

When new Cleaners join our Team, we look for people who want to stay with their clients for as long as possible and want stability and consistency in their working life. As well, Aunty Jane's endeavours to match Clients with Cleaners who live within a 15 minute drive.

We hope that through the encouragement of good work ethics, good support and training, we have a chance of making a long and happy match between Client and Cleaner.
